1. Shipping Partners:
We partner with J&T Express for nationwide delivery across the Philippines.

2. Shipping Timeframe:

• Luzon: 2–3 business days after order confirmation

• Visayas & Mindanao: Up to 7 business days

3. Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer unless a minimum order requirement is met.

• Any additional customs or delivery charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Issues:
While we take every effort to ensure your order is delivered promptly and securely, Formosity Health and Beauty Products Trading will not be liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled parcels caused by the courier’s fault. However, we will assist in opening a support ticket or coordinating with the courier to help resolve the issue.
